Beyond Genetics Partners

Beyond Genetics is a small practice. These are the people who hold the other half of the work - clinical change-work and the physical system - when a client or a retreat needs more than one architect.

Dr. Juan Antonio Perez
Clinical change-work. NLP and hypnosis.

Raised in a military family across 15 cities, Dr. Juan learned early on that adaptability is the ultimate advantage. Fluent in four languages, he naturally navigates complex cultural nuances and global negotiations. But his true expertise was forged in the clinical trenches: before entering the private sector, he spent five years in a public hospital helping over 6,000 patients rewire their behaviors. Armed with a doctorate in Human Behavior, Juan perfectly translates rigorous academic research into real-world, human results.

Brenda Wellden
Change-work. Biological resilience. Public-safety training.

Brenda Wellden is a retired law-enforcement professional, 911 Training Coordinator, and National Police Protocol Instructor with nearly four decades in public safety. That is not a color detail. It is why she can hold change-work with people who operate under load: officers, operators, and executives who will not sit through a wellness lecture.

She has spent years studying metabolic, strength, and behavioral structure, and she has run those systems in her own body. She now does the same work with clients: interrupt the pattern, restore the biology, and install a standard that holds on the job.

She is the founder of NineOneOneFit and the author of Becoming Your Masterpiece. At Beyond Genetics she works as a peer on individual change-work and on training for law enforcement and corporate teams, protocol, decision under pressure, and the physical system that has to hold when the room does not.
