Privacy Policy

Beyond Genetics LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us"), operates www.gobeyondgenetics.com (the "Website") and the private practice described on that site. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and how to reach us. It applies to Website visitors, inquiry and admission applicants, and clients.

1. Who is responsible

Beyond Genetics LLC is the business that decides how client and Website data is used. We are a small private practice, not a covered health-care provider under HIPAA and not an insurance biller. Session notes and intake answers can still be sensitive. We treat them that way even though HIPAA does not govern this practice.

Florida's Digital Bill of Rights is written for a narrow class of very large controllers. We do not meet that statutory threshold. We still follow this policy, Florida's Information Protection Act on reasonable security and breach notice, and the promises below.

2. What we collect

We collect only what we need to answer an inquiry, decide fit, run an engagement, take payment, or operate the Website.

Identity and contact. Name, email address, phone number, and any postal address you give us.

Inquiry and admission data. Answers on the private admission or inquiry form, including which offer you are considering, whether you want an NDA, and whether you are prepared for the published investment of the offer you named. Emails that describe a single pattern for the $1,500 isolated-change path.

Engagement data. Scheduling details, session notes, pattern-audit notes, written protocols, and anything you choose to tell us about goals, habits, sleep, appetite, pressure, work, or history so we can do the work you hired.

Retreat and fasting data. When relevant: group size, location, guest list you supply, dietary constraints, and health-screening or physician-clearance answers needed to decide whether a fasting track is appropriate.

Payment data. We do not store full card numbers on our own systems. Our payment processors collect what they need to charge the fee. We keep invoice records, amount paid, date, and last-four or transaction references the processor provides.

Website usage data. IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and approximate location derived from IP, collected by our host (currently Wix) and any analytics tool we enable.

We do not require genetic test results. The practice name is not a request for your genome.

3. How we use it

• Respond to inquiries and run the admission review.

• Provide the engagement you booked: isolated change, Elite Body Management, Neural Reset, Beyond Specialization, Source Code de Femme, or a quoted custom format.

• Take payment, send receipts, and keep accounting records.

• Schedule sessions and retreats, including with a co-host when that booking includes one.

• Prepare an NDA when you ask for one.

• Improve the Website and understand which pages are used.

• Comply with law, collect amounts owed, and defend a legal claim.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use client session content for public testimonials unless you give written permission.

4. Sensitive information

Some clients volunteer information about health, sleep, appetite, mood, trauma history, or family. We collect that only because you offered it for the work, or because a retreat screening requires a safety answer. We do not use it to advertise to you across the open internet. We do not sell it.

Do not send us another person's medical file or a child's detailed health record through the public Website form. The practice is for adults. A brief personal story on the founder page about family life is not a request for information about your children.

5. Who we share it with

We share personal information only as follows:

• Service providers who help us operate: Website host, payment processor, email and calendar tools, video-meeting provider, bookkeeping or legal advisors bound to keep client information confidential, and a registered-agent service that holds our Florida mailing address.

• A co-host or guest teacher named in your booking, and only the information needed to run that booking.

• A venue or travel vendor when you have booked a hosted retreat and the vendor needs names or dates.

• When you tell us we may share it.

• When the law requires it, or when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to prevent serious harm or to defend a legal claim.

Those vendors have their own policies. We do not control how an independent platform stores a message once you send it there. For private work, prefer email to info@gobeyondgenetics.com or the video tool we name in your booking, not a consumer chat app, for anything sensitive.

6. Cookies and analytics

The Website may use cookies and similar tools that our host needs in order to run pages, remember a session, or measure traffic. You can block non-essential cookies in your browser. Blocking essential cookies may break forms. We do not run a separate advertising network from this site as of the effective date. If that changes, we will update this section.

7. Retention

We keep inquiry and client files for as long as the engagement lasts and then for a period we reasonably need for accounting, legal defense, and continuity if you return. We do not promise to keep every note forever. When a file is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it in the ordinary course. Payment records follow tax-retention rules.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures for a practice of this size: access limited to people who need the file, passwords, and vendor platforms that offer encryption in transit. No internet transmission is perfectly secure. Do not send passwords, passport scans, or unnecessary medical records through an unencrypted channel.

If we discover a breach of personal information that Florida law requires us to notice, we will notify affected clients as that law requires.

9. Your choices

You may email info@gobeyondgenetics.com to:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you.

• Correct inaccurate contact information.

• Ask us to delete inquiry or client data we no longer need to keep. We may retain what the law or a live dispute requires.

• Opt out of non-essential analytics cookies through your browser, and opt out of occasional practice emails by replying STOP or by asking in writing.

We will respond within 30 days. This is not a statutory consumer-rights portal under a large-controller privacy statute. It is how this practice handles requests.

10. Children

The Website and the services are for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have, write to us and we will delete it.

11. International visitors

The practice is based in Florida. If you write to us from another country, you understand the information is processed in the United States.

12. Changes

We will post updates to this policy on the Website with a new effective date. Material changes that affect current clients will also be sent to the email we have on file when we have one.

13. Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes about privacy practices follow the venue clause in the Terms and Conditions.
