Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to www.gobeyondgenetics.com (the "Website") and
every engagement with Beyond Genetics LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us").
By using the Website, submitting an inquiry, paying a fee, or beginning work, you agree to these Terms. If
you do not agree, do not use the Website or the services.
If you sign a separate written client agreement, retreat addendum, training agreement, or NDA (a "Client
Agreement"), that signed document controls if it conflicts with these Terms. These Terms fill any gap the
Client Agreement does not cover.


1. Who we are
Beyond Genetics LLC is a private performance practice. We work with neural recalibration, advanced
Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), decision and influence architecture, and related private intensives and
retreats.
We are not a medical practice, psychology practice, mental-health counseling practice, or hypnotherapy
clinic. We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or manage disease. Polina Maw is a data scientist by training and is
certified as an NLP Practitioner, Master Practitioner, and Trainer through training with Dr. Richard Bandler,
including Design Human Engineering. Those credentials are private certifications. They are not a Florida
professional license to practice medicine, psychology, clinical social work, marriage and family therapy,
mental health counseling, or therapeutic hypnosis.


2. Who may use the Website and the work

  • You must be at least 18 years old.

  • The work is designed for adults who can give informed consent and participate without supervision as a patient.

  • We may decline any inquiry. Admission is by application. Fit is not guaranteed because you paid a deposit or filled a form.

  • You may not use the Website to scrape, copy course materials, reverse-engineer methods, harass staff or other clients, or commit any crime.

3. What we offer

  • Current published offers, which may be updated on the Website, include:

  • One isolated change. A defined single-pattern engagement. Published investment: $1,500. Started by emailing info@gobeyondgenetics.com and naming the pattern.

  • Elite Body Management. A multi-week private engagement for appetite and weight-related patterns. Published investment: $6,000.

  • Neural Reset. A private recalibration engagement. Published investment: $10,000. Duration and structure are as described on the Website and in the Client Agreement at the time of booking, not as a bank of hourly sessions.

  • Beyond Specialization. Private or commissioned intensives in high-stakes decision-making, influence, acuity, reframing, and conversational closing, including corporate or team formats.

  • Source Code de Femme. A private 3-day fasting format and longer 5-to-7-day immersions, held at a hosted location or commissioned at a client's property with the client's own group. Price is quoted by location, format, group size, and scope.

Website copy, blog posts, and inquiry forms are invitations to apply. They are not a binding offer until we
accept you in writing and payment terms are agreed. If a page still shows an old program name or an old
price, the current Services and FAQ pages and the Client Agreement control.


4. What the work is not
The work is educational and performance-based. It is not medical care, psychotherapy, psychological testing, psychiatry, dietetics, or physical therapy. Mentions of sleep, appetite, pressure, attention patterns, pain sequences, anxiety, burnout, or similar loops describe the kind of pattern a client may want to change. They are not a claim that we treat a medical or psychiatric condition. You remain responsible for your own clinicians, medications, and diagnoses. Do not stop or change prescribed treatment because of this work. If you are in crisis, contact emergency services or a licensed clinician. We are not an emergency service.


5. NLP, language patterns, and hypnosis
The work may use advanced NLP, language patterns, and, where you agree in writing, non-therapeutic
hypnotic or trance technique for skills, habits, performance, and pattern interruption.
Florida law restricts hypnosis used for therapeutic purposes to licensed practitioners of the healing arts, or to
persons working under such a practitioner's supervision, direction, prescription, and responsibility. We do
not offer hypnosis as treatment of any human ill, disease, or injury. If a technique that increases
suggestibility is used, it is only for non-therapeutic purposes and only if you have not opted out in writing.
You may opt out of any hypnotic or trance component before work begins by emailing
info@gobeyondgenetics.com. Opting out does not by itself cancel fees already earned.


6. Booking, payment, and published prices
Payment is due as stated in the invoice, pay link, or Client Agreement, and in all cases before work begins
unless we agree otherwise in writing. We accept payment through the processors we designate (for example
card processors or PayPal). Those processors have their own terms.
Published prices on the Website as of the effective date of these Terms are: one isolated change $1,500;
Elite Body Management $6,000; Neural Reset $10,000; Source Code de Femme quoted by format; Beyond
Specialization quoted by format. An inquiry form that refers to a range such as $10,000 to $25,000+ is a
screening question for larger or commissioned work. It does not replace the published prices for the named
offers above, and it does not require every client to pay the top of that range.
We do not sell hours as the product. A fee is for the engagement described, not for a minimum minute
count. Taxes, travel, venue, lodging, food, and third-party costs for a retreat or on-site intensive are extra
unless the quote says they are included.


7. Cancellation, rescheduling, and refunds
Because the work is private, reserved, and not an open class, fees are structured as follows unless a Client
Agreement states a different rule.
Before we accept you or before work starts. If we decline the engagement, we refund any fee you have
already paid for that engagement. If you withdraw after we have accepted you but before any working
session, written protocol, or retreat day has begun, we may retain a non-refundable deposit equal to 20% of
the engagement fee or $500, whichever is greater, to cover admission time and a held calendar, and refund
the rest. We may waive that deposit at our discretion.
After work starts. Fees for an isolated change, Elite Body Management, Neural Reset, or a private
intensive are earned when work begins and are not refundable if you stop participating, miss calls, or decide
the work is not for you. We do not convert an unused container into cash or into a bank of hours.
Rescheduling private calls. Give at least 48 hours' notice to move a scheduled private session. Late
cancellation or a no-show may be treated as a used session inside the engagement. It does not extend the
container automatically.
Retreats and commissioned Source Code. Because venue, travel, and co-hosts are reserved, a hosted or
commissioned retreat is cancellable by you only on the timetable in the retreat quote. If the quote is silent:
more than 30 days before the start date, refund minus a 20% reservation fee; 30 days or fewer, no refund,
though we may, at our discretion, offer a later date if the venue can be reused. If you commission the work
in your home or villa, you remain responsible for venue costs you booked.
If we cancel. If we cancel an engagement before it starts, you receive a full refund of fees paid for that
engagement. If we must stop work mid-engagement for a reason other than your breach, we refund the
unused portion on a reasonable allocation, or complete a modified version if you agree.
Chargebacks filed without first writing to info@gobeyondgenetics.com are a breach of these Terms. We will
contest chargebacks that do not match this policy and may refuse future work.


8. Client responsibilities

  • Give accurate information. Do not hide a medical, psychiatric, or safety issue that makes fasting, trance work, or intensive private work inappropriate.

  • Stay under the care of your own licensed clinicians for any diagnosed condition.

  • Participate. The work does not run on willpower lectures, but it does require you to keep the agreed calls and to use what is installed in real conditions.

  • Do not record sessions without written consent. We may decline any recording.

  • For group or retreat work, keep other participants' identities and stories confidential.


9. Fasting, retreats, and work in your home
A fasting format is a voluntary dietary protocol, not medical treatment and not a supervised medical fast. It is
unsuitable for many people, including anyone who is pregnant, nursing, underweight, managing an eating
disorder, using certain medications, or living with conditions that make fasting unsafe. We may require a
written health questionnaire and a physician-clearance statement before you join a fasting track. We may
refuse the fasting track and offer a non-fasting format instead.
You are responsible for deciding, with your own clinician, whether a fast is appropriate. You assume the
ordinary risks of voluntary fasting and of travel to a retreat.
If Source Code or any intensive is commissioned at your property, you control the premises. You are
responsible for the safety of that property, for your guests, and for any lodging or food you arrange. We
provide the protocol and the facilitation described in the quote. We do not become the property manager,
caterer, or insurer of your house.
Co-hosts or guest teachers named on the Website (including Brenda Wellden or Dr. Juan Antonio Perez,
when engaged) work in the role described in that booking. Their presence does not make the work medical
care.


10. Confidentiality and discretion
We treat client identities, session content, and intake answers as confidential, with no marketing use of your
name or story without your written consent. Confidentiality yields where the law requires disclosure,
including court order, or where we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to prevent serious harm.
An NDA is available on request before a consultation. Group work cannot be made secret from the other
people in the room. You agree not to disclose other participants' identities or stories.
Electronic sessions may run on third-party platforms such as Zoom or similar business tools. Consumer
messaging apps are not a secure clinical record. Do not send crisis information or detailed health records
through SMS or consumer chat if a more secure channel is available.


11. No guaranteed outcome
Results vary. Engagement, history, health, and the size of the pattern all affect what holds. Website
language about speed, baselines, or what clients often report is not a warranty that you will get the same
result in the same number of days. We do not guarantee weight change, sleep change, income change,
relationship change, or the end of any symptom.


12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law:

  • The Website and the services are provided as is.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, even if advised of the possibility.

  • Our total liability arising out of the Website or any engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that Florida law does not allow a company to limit, including liability for
our own fraud or for willful misconduct. A waiver in these Terms does not waive claims for gross negligence
where Florida law would refuse that waiver.


13. Intellectual property
The Website, the Beyond Genetics name, Source Code de Femme, Neural Reset as used for this practice, methods, written protocols, and session materials are owned by Beyond Genetics LLC or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use materials we give you for your own life or, where the booking is corporate, for the team named in the quote. You may not resell, teach, record, or publish our
methods as your product.


14. Third-party tools
The Website is hosted on a third-party platform. Payments, scheduling, video, and email run through
vendors we do not control. Their outages, policies, and security practices are theirs. We are not responsible
for a vendor's independent act or failure.


15. Privacy
Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy posted at
www.gobeyondgenetics.com/english-privacy-policy. That policy is part of how we operate. It is not a
separate warranty.


16. Term and termination
We may refuse or end Website access or an engagement if you breach these Terms, abuse staff or other
clients, withhold material safety information, or if we judge the work is no longer appropriate. Ending the
engagement for your breach does not create a refund right. You may stop participating at any time. Stopping
does not, by itself, create a refund right after work has started.


17. Governing law and venue
These Terms and any dispute arising out of the Website or the services are governed by the laws of the
State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue is the state courts sitting in Broward
County, Florida, or the federal court whose district includes Broward County, unless a signed Client
Agreement names a different Florida county.
Before filing a claim, you agree to send a written notice of the dispute to info@gobeyondgenetics.com and to
give us 14 days to respond. That courtesy does not extend any statute of limitations.


18. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on the Website with a new effective date. The
version in force when you book an engagement governs that engagement, unless you sign a later Client
Agreement.


19. Entire agreement
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any signed Client Agreement or retreat quote are the entire
agreement for Website use and for the services they describe. They replace older website terms that named
programs no longer offered, including Discovery of Self, Ignite Within, Virtual Unwind, and Empowerment
Circle.

If a court strikes one clause, the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce a clause once is not a waiver.
